Once we have completed your Needs and Want Analysis and started the financing process, we will begin to view properties. Initially I will create a custom property search for you that will provide you details on all active properties that match your criteria.  If you wish, you can receive a daily update of new matching properties.

 

We will review available properties and view those most appealing. I will make all arrangements for you to view properties of choice and provide any additional information you may need about particular properties or neighbourhoods. For example, I have had clients that wish to know how far a home is from transit stops or specific lot orientation. I can provide you the resources to have that information prior to viewing the property in person.

 

I assist many folks that are moving to Calgary from other parts of Canada or from across the world. If you are visiting us for a short time as you prepare to buy a home I will ensure you have the information to make the most of your visit.

 

As of Jan 2012, sellers are no longer required to disclose if a property is conditionally sold so it is possible for us to view a home that is conditionally sold. Some buyers accept this but some specifically do not wish to view properties that may no longer be available. We will discuss your options and review as needed.

 

Often after a showing, a seller's Realtor will call to see if you have any feedback regarding the showing. Privacy legislation dictates that I refrain from sharing any information without your consent so any communication back to the seller is entirely up to you.
